For the war with Corona, Reliance Industries, led by veteran businessman Mukesh Ambani, has announced to give 500 crore rupees in PM Cares fund. Apart from Reliance, many stalwarts including Ratan Tata, Anil Aggarwal have given hundreds of crores of rupees in PM Cares fund.

In order to support the Prime Minister in the war against the Coronavirus, there is a way of donating to the PM Cares Fund in the country. Everyone from the stars to the common man is donating it. (India Real Heroes)
The Tata group led by Ratan Tata has given Rs 1500 crore to the PM Cares fund. In this fund, Tata Trust has announced to give 500 crore rupees and the Tata Group’s holding company Tata Sons to give 1000 crore rupees. Donations made to the PM Cares Fund are tax-free under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Paytm, led by Vijay Sharma Shekhar, has announced a grant of Rs 500 crore in the PM Cares Fund. The company said that for every payment made through Paytm using Paytm wallet, UPI and Paytm bank debit cards, the company will contribute an additional up to Rs 10 in the fund. Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Aggarwal was among the first businessmen to donate to the fund. He announced to donate Rs 100 crore to the PM Cares Fund. He had tweeted and said that he worries about the problems faced by the daily laborers.

Reliance Industries said in its statement that apart from giving Rs 500 crore, Reliance has also prepared a special 100-bed hospital in Mumbai for treatment of Kovid-19. 50 million people will be served food in the country by Reliance. Reliance will distribute one lakh masks to health workers and others every day. (India Real Heroes)
